When I train my abdominal muscles, as I have chosen to exercise, the stress of the abdominal region, without addressing it directly. Combine this with direct abdominal exercises, and you're on your way to a physically stronger and leaner.

Here are five of my favorite abdominal exercises indirect:

Exercise 1: The Bulgarian split squat
